Yin Yoga

Heyy! I’m Julia, former international tennis player, economist, and sustainability analyst turned yoga teacher, tennis coach, and online entrepreneur.
For years, I chased one goal after the other, striving for perfection and validation from others, leaving me exhausted, empty, and stuck in a life that didn’t feel like my own.
Yoga and time in nature taught me how to pause and listen to my body’s signals. It helped me rebuild confidence, learn to trust again and let go of control. I chose the hard way – uncertainty over comfort, many difficult decisions, and confronting my fears – but it was so worth it. I just quit my IT job to move to Portugal. I’m so excited for this new chapter, because for the first time, I just followed my heart.
